With more than 100 miles of trails and 100 miles of shoreline within our state park (Folsom Lake SRA), plus gold rush history, beautiful blue oak woodlands, and wildlife everywhere, our Guided Interpretive Activities Program is designed to provide a range of fun and interesting activities for park visitors and FOLFAN members alike. This includes guided hikes, nature walks, kayak tours, history talks, nature photography workshops, and more!
Our Guided Interpretive Activities will be promoted by emailing activity/event flyers (to all those on our email list), and by posting activity/event information on our Facebook page.
In addition, the Interpretive Team from Folsom Lake SRA continues to offer a range of fun and educational activities. Are you on the email list for their Interpretation Newsletter? To receive this monthly e-newsletter with announcements of their Guided Interpretive Activities, send an email to nicole.barden@parks.ca.gov and ask to be added to their Interpretation Newsletter email list.
